Are your gemstones real?
Yes. Every piece is made with genuine natural gemstones—never glass or synthetic imitations.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Your jewelry is made with 14k gold-filled materials, which are significantly more durable and tarnish-resistant than standard gold-plated jewelry. With proper care, your piece can remain beautiful for years.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Yes! Gold-filled jewelry is suitable for everyday wear, including occasional exposure to fresh water. However, I recommend removing your jewelry before swimming in saltwater or chlorinated pools, as both can gradually wear down the finish over time.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
• Avoid prolonged exposure to saltwater and chlorinated pools.
• Remove your jewelry before applying perfumes, lotions, hairspray, or other chemicals.
• Wipe your jewelry occasionally with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and residue.
• Store your jewelry in the velvet pouch and gift box provided when not being worn to help prevent scratches and tangling.
With proper care, your jewelry is designed to be enjoyed for years.
Are your pieces one of a kind?
Many pieces are one of a kind due to the unique gemstones used. Once a piece sells, I may be able to create a similar version upon request, but it will never be an exact duplicate because no two natural gemstones are alike.
Can I request a sold-out piece?
Absolutely! If a sold-out design speaks to you, feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to create a new piece inspired by the original, while embracing the individuality of new gemstones.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I happily ship worldwide.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified within approximately 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewelry is returned in its original condition and has not been damaged or altered.
At this time, I do not offer exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the damage. You may return the piece for a repair or receive a full refund.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces. If you have a particular gemstone, color palette, or vision in mind, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss creating something uniquely yours.
Will my gemstone look exactly like the photos?
I do my best to photograph each piece in multiple lighting conditions to represent its true colors and character. However, gemstones may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and the natural qualities of the stone itself.

Yes. Every order is thoughtfully packaged in a gift box with a velvet pouch, making it perfect whether you're purchasing for yourself or someone special.
